A blog dedicated to the fine art of grilling on Gameday, mostly...I mean, well, I'm sure I'll use it as a platform to spout about other things (read: sports), but it'll be about grilling on Gameday...mostly...whatever.
I grill on a Blue Ember FG50069 grill. She packs 69,000 BTU's on three burners with three adjustable grates. There's a smoker box, a rotisserie burner, an electric outlet, and even a bottle opener. On either side there's a burner and a side cooler. It's the perfect platform for just about any type of grilling you could try.
